Yoga near Long Beach

“After this very long winter, nothing could quite promise that summer is coming like a weekend spent taking classes at Yoga Bohemia. I was lucky enough to spend last weekend on LBI and caught a focused, deep stretch, relaxing Yin class with Jackie Luzzo to start the day, followed by Loren Baker’s amazing, energizing, and challenging special Spring Detox class, and ended the day with a meditative and relaxing restorative yoga class with Joan Werner. The next morning I had the perfect start to my week squeezing in an invigorating and fun Yoga Sculpt class with Maria Davis- what a terrific way to move before a long day of meetings and driving home. I even managed to sneak in some shopping at the Yoga Bohemia Boutique between classes and this season’s new collection made me even more exited for summer with some updates to my yoga wardrobe. Yoga Bohemia offers something for everyone and always delivers just what is needed as all the teachers are personally attentive and amazing. Thank you, Yoga Bohemia, for making me believe summer will actually be here soon- I can’t wait to be back!“

“The Yoga Hive is a comfortable welcoming studio that allows all levels to work on their practice in a safe nonjudgmental space (exactly what one would want in a yoga class!)
