I cannot get enough of yoga Bohemia. I’ve enjoyed all of the instructors, the space is beautiful & the spirit and vibe is positive & joyous. But I must say my favorite is practicing with Allie Budd. She is incredibly skilled, but more than that she’s a joy to be around. Her encouragement & dedication is appreciated beyond words. Never would I have tried, and stayed trying aerial yoga, but for her contagious enthusiasm and encouragement. Thank you Allie. ??

I can’t say enough about Yoga Bohemia’s retreats around the world. They’re life changing. If you’re in pursuit of anything & need to re-charge your spirit, and eat well ( best Chef ) find yourself in this tribe to regenerate your spirit and find yourself again?Katie & her staff are awesome

I was on a week long vacation in Long Beach Island NJ when on the first day an old neck and back injury came back with a vengeance. after 3 days of pain and no sleep I tried local chiropractors and there were no appointments to be had for weeks. I came across Yoga Bohemia Wellness Center and left a frantic message about my pain. Within hours i received a call with an appointment the following day. I was booked with Patti for a deep tissue massage. Patti was phenomenal. She instinctively knew where the issues were and how to fix them. Thanks to Patti I was able to enjoy the rest of my time on the island with my family!!!
