Yoga Bohemia at Firefly Gallery

First time going to Yoga Bohemia, this surf city location was great. The vinyasa class was a perfect balance of meditation and flow practice, and our instructor always provided different levels of modification for our poses so it was great for a variety of levels. It's currently the off-season, so the class was not too packed, which I loved. Can't wait to return for more classes, and in the main season one of their beach or paddle board yoga classes.

I love the place I visited today. The vibes were electrifying. I had the honor to have Vanessa as my yoga instructor today. Everything was on point. Vanessa has broad knowledge and experience and made a beginner like myself at ease right away. The atmosphere with the burning essence, sound bowl and music really heightened the experience. Her voice guides you through without getting in your head space. I am also going to book a Thai massage for the assisted stretch I need. Can’t wait. Thank you Vanessa ?‍♀️
