Kowalski Funeral Home is an excellent place that provides a beautifully decorated and welcoming atmosphere. The staff, especially Terry and Nick, are described as wonderful, supportive, and patient, guiding families through difficult situations with attention and compassion. They are a good source of knowledge and very straightforward, making the process easy. Clients express gratitude for the exceptional service and care they received in planning meaningful tributes and memorials. The staff is hands on and available, answering every phone call and every text. They make you feel like family and work hard to ensure you can grieve without any issues.
Terry and Nick, I cannot thank you both for your caring hearts and truly exceptional service. Our family had my mom sent over from Florida to be viewed and put to rest in the Rosedale Cemetery. We could not be more appreciative on how you kept us comforted throughout. You are both true professionals and your love for people and kind hearts are a blessing from God. THANK YOU!!!.
Thank you Terry and Nick for making our experience so smooth. I am writing a review on behalf of my best friends family who recently loss their mother and I had the honor of doing her makeup. Terry and Nick were so empathetic to our loss and had my friends mother prepared for us to work on. Nick did a wonderful job embalming her and made it easy for me to give her one last makeover, she looked like she was sleeping. Ms Terry, you are a beautiful person and it shows. Thank you for your kindness. Nick - your words at the funeral were touching. I highly recommend this funeral home because there is so much care given to the person who’s passed. God bless you guys
