Shannon always coordinated trainings around our schedule and was dedicated to finding positive ways to help our dogs progress. She walked through situations with us and helped us get a better handle on how to continue the training when she was not there. You still need to put the work and time into your dog, or dogs, as well to reinforce the training and it did show each session.“

We moved to NJ a couple of months ago and the first time I took him to a place here and when I picked him up I just started to cry and I said what did you do to my dog and I didn’t even care about her response he didn’t even look like my dog he was close to bald and then someone told me about Hotel for Dogs and I was so amazed how incredible he looked better than any place I ever took him I just love the way he looks. I bought my cat in for an emergency visit on a Sunday and didn't have to wait too long to see a Dr. Unfortunately I found out some bad news and ended up having to say goodbye to my Franky, but the Dr was very compassionate and let me spend as much time as I needed with him. It was a sad day but they were great about it.“
