This was our first visit, and it turned out to be one of the hardest days after our cat was diagnosed with cancer. Dr Montekio was incredibly compassionate, gentle, and kind throughout the entire appointment. She took the time to explain everything clearly and answered our questions with patience. Even while delivering such difficult news, she made us feel supported and not rushed. I’m deeply grateful for the entire office's empathy and professionalism, and I’m thankful we found a vet who truly cares during moments that matter most.
Mosaic is the best. My fiancé and I live in Brooklyn, but we choose to bring our dog, Oreo, to Fair Haven because the care here is truly exceptional. The team is incredibly personable and genuinely knows our dog.
Oreo has had two successful procedures at Mosaic, including a teeth cleaning and the removal of a soft tissue sarcoma that turned out to be cancerous. They were so supportive throughout the process- helping us understand the results and guiding us on which oncologist to see.

Last Friday, my senior dog had a medical emergency, and Mosaic got us in within 30 minutes—even as new patients. They were kind, compassionate, and didn’t push unnecessary tests for an elderly dog. They even took my calls over the weekend, and their pricing was reasonable—we can still send the kids to college!
We’ll definitely be using them for both of our dogs, and I couldn’t recommend them more!
