We brought my dog Leo here for the first time recently. Leo is very used to being by my side and I was so nervous to leave him alone for the first time overnight. Leo stayed at Happy Tails for 2 nights. Jill made me feel comfortable and sent me photos and updates multiple times a day. It felt good knowing my dog was in great hands. I brought my dog from Staten Island, NY to Howell, NJ and I don’t regret it one bit. Leo will definitely be back! Thank you for everything. You guys are amazing!
My dog is always happy when we pull up to Happy Tails. I hope it is because she likes being there and not that she's tired of me 🤣. Staff have always been communicative and accommodating over the five or so years we've used Happy Tails.
we've been sending our sweet girl here for I believe somewhere around 6 years now and have never had a problem. they are so friendly and accommodating. if we ever need to board our cats they'll be going here too.
