I invited Craig to inspect two houses for us, and I can honestly say that if anyone is leaving a 1-star review here, it’s probably a seller whose interests were affected.
Craig is the kind of inspector who tells you the full truth about a property, even when it’s not what someone wants to hear. He literally climbs onto rooftops to check for leaks. He uses every possible method to access areas that can be inspected, and if he physically can’t reach a spot, he even uses binoculars to examine it carefully. He leaves no corner unchecked.
He is extremely thorough, responsible, and patient. He answers every question in detail even after the inspection is completed. He also gave us practical advice on what type of professionals we should hire for repairs and how to prioritize issues.
What impressed me most was his long-term perspective. He pointed out structural risks that may not look serious today but could potentially lead to serious problems, even collapse, ten years down the line. That level of foresight is rare.
If you are a buyer and want someone who truly protects your interests, Craig is absolutely the right choice.
My daughter has been taking drum lessons here after many of our friends highly recommended this teacher. We are very happy with the lessons. Sunny always takes the time to listen to exactly what I want and consistently delivers the look I have in mind. This time, I asked for a soft, subtle balayage with a natural, well-blended finish, and she absolutely nailed it. The color is beautifully even, seamless, and complements my hair perfectly.
I also requested a specific length with layered cuts, and she cut it exactly as I asked. The layers add so much movement and volume while keeping the length I wanted. My hair feels healthy, looks shiny, and the overall finish is so polished.
Sunny is incredibly skilled, attentive, and has a great eye for detail. She truly understands her clients’ preferences and knows how to bring their vision to life. I always leave the salon feeling happy and confident with my hair.

Came in as a walk in and was served right away. I actually had two people working on me at the same time. Got a gel manicure and regular pedicure. This is the best gel manicure I’ve gotten in a long time. Picture is from a week after service and still going strong! Paid $80 total for both.

Always a good experience, this has become my go to place in the area. I tried a couple of others nearby and landed at this one the last few times of getting my nails done. I like them simple and not too thick. They do a good job at keeping them classy looking.

Very happy with our recent cleaning by Fanny. With kids playing outside so much this time of year, a lot of dirt gets tracked in, but she did a terrific job making our house beautiful. Did a great job on a fridge cleaning as well (which we were seriously overdue for).
