I was sitting in church and on the back of the bulletin I see Preferred Power washing and we were looking for a power washing company so I called and Lisa answered the phone and she is so sweet and so nice and so accommodating and she set up an appointment to have Tom come over and he gave us an estimate and we set up an appointment and I had My house Power-washed today. Ruben and his partner went above and beyond and did such an amazing job .My house never looked this good. The whole process was easy from start to finish. I placed an online order with Ocean Salon Systems when I was in a pinch to get a client the haircolor they needed. I couldn’t find this haircolor anywhere else and Brigette was incredibly helpful with getting my order set and ready to go. Icon has the most amazing customer service I have ever experienced! When we sat down with the extremely knowledgeable saleslady, the secretary offered us coffee and brownie bars. An hour later she comes in with salads and pastries from a local café. The saleslady was patient and very experienced. We used Rios Custom for our basement. We started with a completely unfinished basement and Pedro made it into a beautiful living space. We now have a gym, a movie theater and a bathroom in the space. Pedro was very easy to work with and always open (and excited) for our ideas. . . even if we changed as we went. Pedro was flexible, helpful and did great work. Initially (pre-sale) my contact with Tri-State went well. During the design and contract process I found mistakes that were rectified when I pointed them out (read/review carefully).
The installation went okay. Until it rained and the wall of windows they installed started leaking. I tried getting them back there to no avail. Luckily my cousin (master carpenter) and I have a background in construction. We were able to diagnose and repair the faulty/missing caulk. Then within a year of installation the window seals on all the windows failed. That left me with a wall of foggy and stained glass. Their representative even confirmed that the window seals weren't manufactured properly and they have a better way of doing it now. They promised to make the repairs. They never returned. At first they gave me the run around. And then they just stopped answering calls/texts. I was stuck with a wall of windows 10' X 8' that were fogged and show wiggly seals.
Once my original review was posted, I was contacted by the owner of the company, David. He apologized for the window failure, and lack of followup from his employees. David has since gone above and beyond to make sure that all my windows were remade with their improved manufacturing techniques. And installed properly. It took a while to get completed, but David made sure it was all 100% right. He is very knowledgeable about the window industry, as well as very responsive.
Thanks to David, and his experienced installers I would consider doing business with Tri-State again.

Jerrell is great, he is really good with our residents and takes the time to let us know if follow ups are needed, and what was done in each unit so we can relay this info to a tenant if they ask.

I went to Ivy Rehab for help with the arthritis and spinal stenosis I have in my neck. Mark who was my primary therapist, and the clinical director, as well as Lisa, who is the office manager, and Kathy, who is another therapist and Heather their assistant are magnificent. They are caring, extremely expert in their field, and helped me tremendously with my neck issues. If anyone is looking for a physical therapist, I highly recommend Mark and his team.
