I have had the opportunity to use Digicore to help me navigate my computer system at work. They have been very responsive, prompt and courteous to find a file, teach me a process or explain in simple language without making me feel stupid. I phoned in for a problem of a missing page. I first spoke with technician Marcus Grant. He tried everything he could to find the page. He was very kind and considerate and even called back to find out additional information. When he could not find the problem he passed it on to technician Aaron Beverett who was able to find the page and return it to the spot we were accessing it before the problem.I have to say that both Marcus...read full review
This was a unique experience as we are not quote their customer rather a vendor servicing a common customer of both our companies. They went the extra mile and did whatever needed to be done.
Digacore does All our IT work for Medical Facilities of America and the support techs do an Excellent job at communicating with us! In particular JEFF @ ext. 274 has great customer service!! Also shout out to William W as well!! Great job Digacore!!
