Sales personnel were so helpful and informative. Answered all of my questions and helped me make the right choices. Followed up with phone calls in a timely fashion. Delivery was on time and men were courteous and professional.
I ordered my dishwasher after a brief conversation with Mordy during which he asked all the pertinent questions and recommended a perfect machine ( with a rebate!) that I would never have known of or thought to ask for..it was delivered the next day... . thank you... perfect experience.
We needed to replace an in wall air conditioner with very specific size and BTU requirements. The people at Town Appliance were very knowledgeable and helpful. The price was reasonable and delivery was by the next morning.
