“As a first time customer I received exceptional customer service. I dropped off my coat yesterday and even though they told me it’d be ready in 4 days, the lady called me today letting me know it was ready now because a winter storm warning was issued and she had my coat ready for me to pickup so that I can have my coat handy for the coming storm. I thought that was very sweet and thoughtful.”
“Great customer service, and very friendly staff. The tailor was so sweet and helpful and my dress alterations were perfect.”
“I am over the moon with Giorgio's! They fixed my great-grandmother's wedding veil so that I will be able to wear it at my wedding. I brought the veil to two dry cleaners before I brought it here, and neither of them would touch it because it was so old. I ended up coming here as one last hope based on the recommendation of my future mother-in-law. Giorgio's did tell me there was a chance that they wouldn't be able to fix it, but they gave it a try anyway, and I cannot believe how beautiful it looks. I cannot recommend their services enough!”
