“The Introcaso Cleaners does a good job at getting your clothes clean for you at very reasonable prices. They also do tailoring, but I have not yet used this service. If you pay cash, it is cheaper than paying by credit card. This store is accessible to the disabled, and there is free parking to drop off and pickup your clothes. Their customer service is very nice, and they have always been pleasant to me. Would recommend this store to anyone in the area.“

“I came in town for my daughter’s wedding and I had services done to both my daughter’s dress and myself with someone else and they ruin our dresses. My daughter’s wedding day was almost ruined but they not only fixed the dresses completely but they made it to where it didn’t ruin such a special day. “Unfortunately I will not be doing business with Crown Cleaners anymore. My family and I have been doing business with them for over twenty years with no complaints until now. I was asked to pay for alterations up front before the work was completed. Their rationale was that people were having alterations done and not returning to pick up their clothes. To pay for work before it is completed is like paying for food before you eat it. If that is their policy it should be posted. I have taken my business elsewhere.“

“I had a WONDERFUL experience. I will try make long story short. I ordered my wedding while pregnant not thinking I ordered a HUGE dress. So needed to reorder a new size like 3 sizes smaller bc i tried losing as much weight as I could before. It ended up comin in, only 2 weeks before my wedding.

“My husband wears suits for work so I get his suits & shirts washed & pressed. The button up dress shirts are $3 and the suits are about $18 per item. It does get a little pricey if you only dry clean or clothes but it is worth the money because the clothes come out like new. They do a great job every time. They have NEVER ruined any clothes.
Also, I love the sense of urgency the lady has when helping me. She is always so sweet and kind.“
