I dropped off my coat yesterday and even though they told me it’d be ready in 4 days, the lady called me today letting me know it was ready now because a winter storm warning was issued and she had my coat ready for me to pickup so that I can have my coat handy for the coming storm. I thought that was very sweet and thoughtful.“

After being turned away by multiple places, I called here and was immediately told to come in. From the moment I walked through the door, I felt welcomed and at ease. I was asked to pay for alterations up front before the work was completed. Their rationale was that people were having alterations done and not returning to pick up their clothes. To pay for work before it is completed is like paying for food before you eat it. If that is their policy it should be posted. I have taken my business elsewhere.“
