“Called Anthony around 5 PM and told him that our hot water heater was leaking. He said he would come over after dinner, if he had our model in stock. He called back and said he won't be able to come over until tomorrow morning because he needed the heater delivered to us tomorrow morning. His brother came over around 7:30 AM and Anthony was over around 8 AM. They had to wait a while for the delivery of the tank, but they still completed the job by 9 AM. We have had Matt (and Ryan) do many jobs for us over the years, including boiler replacement, leak repair, toilet installment, adding a water line for a new fridge, and even replacing an attic fan. He has always done an excellent and efficient job. He comes just as soon as he's available, has never tried to make us think a small job is a big one, and is truly reasonably priced. He's also a cheerful guy with plenty of good stories to tell. And Ryan likes our cats! I can't recommend them enough.“

“I recently had my HVAC system replaced by DMC and I was happy with their service and the overall process.

I got quotes from different businesses and DMC offered one of the best prices. Note that they do not offer financing, but if you’re willing to pay the full amount (half before service and half afterwards) and save some money, it’s a good deal.

I live in a Condo, so DMC provided all the necessary documents including certificate of insurance before I signed any agreements. It was easy to communicate with DMC via email and phone and everyone I dealt with was polite and friendly.

Installation was done within one day and all technicians who came to my house were friendly and professional. Oscar, who I believe was the lead technician, was patient, friendly, a nice guy.

So far the system has been running fine. I will update my review at a later time should anything change. With the service I was provided by DMC I feel comfortable and confident using their service in the future for HVAC and plumbing needs.

Note that there are some negative reviews associated with home warranty but those seem to be for a different DMC company. The one I’m reviewing is DMC Plumbing from Bayonne, NJ.“

“I hardly ever write reviews but I will say this company and more specifically Omar who works for them absolutely earn every 5 star review they receive. I came across this company on Google and figured I'd give them a call. A man named Omar was dispatched to the property I needed assistance with and his response was extremely prompt, he told me he'd be there in an hour and a half and was there in an hour. He displayed technical know-how to a degree I've seen few (if any) plumbers have when it comes to plumbing systems. He explained things in such a clear and concise manner that even a newbie like myself could completely grasp the concept of what he was talking about. Out of pure curiosity I watched him work each step of the way. Most people would feel extremely pressured under those circumstances but he didn't flinch or bat an eye. Step by step not only did he complete the task in it's entirety correctly but in the midst of doing so he was also explaining to me exactly what he was doing and what the purpose of it was. I'm extremely glad I called this company for help and even more so that it was Omar who they sent to my property. I'll certainly be employing their services again for all my properties going forward!“
