“My wife and I loved training at Square Circle. All the coaches are great and super knowledgable, but we particularly benefitted from Kru Rob's expertise. One thing that set Square Circle apart for us, though, was the community. There was a mix of levels, from folks currently competing to newer athletes, but everyone was super welcoming and eager to help / learn from one another. I definitely felt like it was a safe, fun place to spar, and bonus points for the beautiful space overlooking the Financial District. What I like the most is you practice in real time not in theory , when you throw a kick or punch you will see what adjustments you have to make in order to delivery that . Coach Cruz is very knowledgeable and a student still of the history. Of martial arts it’s evident by one of his students who happens to be Alex Periera the current UFC champ . All his students now have access to things capable of a road to the UFC IF the student wishes . Amazing coaching , highly recommended !“
