About Surya Yoga Academy
Surya Yoga Academy offers a welcoming environment for both seasoned and novice yoga practitioners. The studio is clean and well-maintained, though some classes can be crowded. The yoga instructors are generally praised, with standouts like Gabrielle, Mariah, James, Susan, Stephen, and Maureen, who are described as creative and skilled. When I decided to get back into the practice of yoga, I was so happy to find Surya. The studio, staff, and yoga teachers all honor and embody what yoga fundamentally is, even beyond the physical practice of the various asanas. I always walk out of each class feeling inspired and centered - so honored to be able to practice in this beautiful space!
