I only have positive things to say about Marshal. From the very start, when we had our initial phone call determining what we needed for our home inspection he was thoughtful, considerate and very thorough. During the actual inspection he took his time and made sure to explain each thing he noticed to us in a way that was easy to understand. His report was quickly delivered to us after inspection and he was available for a follow up when we needed an additional termite report. We will recommend Marshal to all our family and friends.
I hired Marshal for a condo inspection, and he was very thorough and helpful. Before inspection, he took the time to explain what to expect from his services. He allowed me to ask any questions before/during/after. During the inspection, he took extra step of giving me insight into how to maintain things in the unit. Unfortunately, I did not proceed with the purchase of the condo, and I truly feel it was for the best.
