Awesome home inspection experience overall! We’ve worked with many home inspectors over the last few years, but this was by far the best quality report and summary of recommendations we ever received. Matt was professional, arrived early, and was super thorough. Matt was very responsive, scheduled the appointment with very short notice, and turned around a great detailed report very quickly. Matt is great, considering the thorough inspection performed. Extremely pleasing was the discussion, explanation of how problems manifest and could be detected, as well as what could potentially go wrong in near future.
