The experience at Cohens fashion optical in Journal Square made me wait until optical palace opened. If I’m going to
spend my hard working money at a business the customer service has to be present. Optical palace is that place, shoutout to Josh, such a good guy. He made sure I didn’t leave until every thing was right with my new prescription. Also have to shout out Dr.T. When you get a doctor that takes his time not just tryna get you in and out that has to be acknowledged. Appreciate your kindness since day 1.
Josh is the best at quality service. I broke my frames and needed an emergency replacement. I needed to go out of town for work but the lenses would take 1 week to order and be delivered. Josh called me the very next day to inform me that he them rushed for me and they were ready for pick up. Excellent customer service.
