I love this place! I’ve been coming here since 2010 and it’s now 2022! The entire staff Marina, Janet, Oscar, and Jorge are so nice and helpful! They’re very informative with everything that is being done! Definitely suggest anyone that needs glasses or contacts! Thank you Cohen Optical for exceptional and beyond service! ??? anyone who left low ratings should be ignored because this place is legit.

I stopped by Cohen's while shopping around for a pair of prescription glasses and although the service was good, the selection was small and the prices were much higher than I anticipated.When I entered, I was greeted by a very nice sales representative (Joyce I believe was her name). She was concise and informative when answering a few quick answers about their process for filling a prescription.However, when I asked for an estimate of a specific pair of Ray-Ban eyeglasses, the retail price she quoted me just for the frames was about 75% higher than the first shop I visited in Newport NJ!Given that her starting price was so high, I already knew where this was heading:...read full review

Absolutely horrible. I made an appointment online and when I showed up was told they treat online appointments as walk-ins. They then told me that there are actually no appointments available. I've been sitting here for 45 minutes since my scheduled time. The best part, I was told by staff that this is a doctor's and I should expect to wait this long.Update: After finishing the exam, the store manager, Joyce, helped me pick out my glasses. She explained the situation (corporate's online booking system not integrating well with their system) and even gave me a free upgrade to my glasses.
