My family and I have patronized Kwon’s Ace Cleaners for 30+ years. 1st trip, I brought a total of 3 pieces to be altered for prom with specific instructions that the material that was cut off of the bottom of one of the gowns be hemmed and returned; it was going to be utilized as a shawl for the gown itself.

2nd trip, Two pieces came back fine, the third piece needed to be re-altered because with all the measuring and writing down he (owner) was doing it still wasn’t done as requested (except for the length, but because he didn’t alter the top half of the gown properly, it threw the length off that was already cut from the first trip).

Had a horrible experience. Sneakers were worse than a got them. And they smelled like mold. Also I had to wait Three weeks after the expected time they said it would be. I would not recommend this place to my worse enemy. This place needs to be shut down. It seemed like they do nothing.

Horrible dry cleaner! The lady behind the counter is very rude. Damage clothes. They use washing machine and dryer which you can use at your own home or laundromat. They pretending to have a dry cleaning machine and they don’t have one. Stay far away from this place!
