quick, professional chimney inspection completed by nolan. he was very informative, clear, and helpful with repair ideas and chimney improvement suggestions. nolan arrived on time, was polite, and explained the condition of the flue and fireplace in simple terms. i would recommend them for quality chimney sweep service, honest guidance, and solid workmanship in jersey city.
Felt much more confident using our wood insert and chimney after having it inspected and swept by these guys in Jersey City. derek had great general knowledge about fireplace safety, draft, and creosote, and gave good simple advice on what to do next. i would definitely keep using them in the future. i also liked that leonard and roger wore literal white gloves and put down rugs to keep any soot or dirt from the chimney sweep process off the floors. very clean, careful, and professional service.
bryan did a great job walking me through options for replacing my old fireplace and updating the chimney setup. He was clear about pricing, explained the gas insert choices in simple terms, and helped us get a much better deal than the first estimate we received. the team was flexible with scheduling and rescheduling when the weather caused delays, which made the whole process much easier. i highly recommend them to anyone in Jersey City who needs chimney sweep, fireplace, or venting services. we love our new gas insert, and it has made the house more comfortable, cleaner, and much more efficient. it really changed the feel of our living space for the better.
