Went here for the first time and had a great experience. The staff are all friendly and professional. The visit was thorough and the doctor explained everything regarding my changing prescription. I definitely recommend.

Incredibly easy to schedule an appointment via the LensCrafters website. They had all of my insurance information loaded up already, were able to clearly communicate OOP costs, and the intake process as a new patient was very straightforward and simple — just had to fill out an online form.
Techs were very friendly and clear while doing the preliminary checks for the doctor.
Dr. Jane Chen was great. Standard procedure, but was also able to answer all of the questions I had, including those about different kinds and brands of contacts and LASIK options down the line. Will be sticking with them for the foreseeable future.

Dr. Jane Chen is amazing! She’s so kind, patient, and really takes her time during the exam to make sure everything is perfect. They also attend you so quickly, which makes the whole experience super easy and stress-free. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. I always feel well taken care of here!
