Amazing service! Upon arrival i was seen by technician Asma who greeted me and welcomed me in to do some pre testing. I appreciate how she explained each machine to me and made me feel comfortable during the process. After that i had my eye exam done by Dr Coiro. She was patient and thorough.
As someone who has been in and out of the eye doctor since the age of 10 I couldn’t have been more pleased with this location!
Great experience from start to finish. The office was very clean, open, and welcoming, with plenty of glasses available to try on. The staff was kind, helpful, and took the time to explain everything clearly. We were running late, and even though they were busy, they still accommodated us, which we really appreciated. The doctor was wonderful, patient, and never made the appointment feel rushed. Highly recommend!
Thanks to Celene for helping us today, she made us feel comfortable and explained everything. We had a bit of confusion today and she helped us clarifying everything and squeezing us in a bit earlier for our appointment! Also Dr. Ruth was very pleasant and sweet. And also for charging my phone life saver!!
