“I was referred here by my surgeon, Dr.Kubeck. After scheduling my first appointment (which was painless and extremely easy something you don’t see too often) I showed up to my first appointment and was greeted by an entire staff of happy employees. Something you don’t see in any field these days. Everybody there greeted me with a smile. The longer I’ve been there the more people know me by name, even if they don’t work with me personally and make a point to say hi.

My PT John, took his time, asked about my personal life, my hobbies, my job, my accident that put me here and has worked with me to keep me active while still being able to rehab my injuries at the same time safely.

This office comes across as a group of people who want to see me get better rather than, keep my injuries lingering that way they keep a customer in office. My health seems like a priority over my insurance company, which is something you don’t run into very often in the medical field. Everyone there seems like they’re doing it for the right reasons so with that in mind, I can’t say enough nice things about people that work here. I’m sure the day will come sooner than later where I won’t need the physical therapy anymore, but even if it is the case, I plan to still make a point to come back in the future to keep myself on the right track healthwise.“

Injured: c5, c6 herniated disc

Condition: I couldn’t sleep for over a month and couldn’t hold my head up straight

It took about 5 months for me to heal through therapy. I was okay for 2 months, then the pain came back

This time I was out for 2 and a half weeks and was working through the pain. I was afraid I was going to need surgery

Dr. Tom looked at my X-ray and the results showed that my neck was curved the opposite way that it should which was causing me so much pain.

Dr. Tom listened to my concerns but told me that there’s light at the end of the tunnel.

He told me about his rehab program and I was all in on trying it. I was willing to try anything before I considered surgery

Dr Tom advised to stick with the program for 3 months straight without missing. I started Sept 1, 2024 and did it everyday until the end of the year (so 4 months straight).

I don’t remember when I was pain free but I was able to do activities again, have a good nights sleep and best of all very minimal pain

I may feel some discomfort here and there but no where near what I originally encountered.

I haven’t stopped the exercises!

It’s February 2025 now, and I do the exercises every other day now (1 day on and 1 day off). Sometimes I’d do 2 days on and 1 off depending on the week.

But I continue the exercises mainly because of Dr Tom guidance (his recommendation) but also to keep the body and neck area loose.

I haven’t taken another X-ray so I can’t say if the curvature of the neck has improved, but I feel amazing.
