Wonderful experience. Full body massage with Cindi. She is professional, friendly and caring; engaging in conversation when I initiated it, and letting me relax otherwise. She applied different amounts of pressure depending on the area and need. Comfortable, clean environment. Reasonable pricing also a big plus. I feel invigorated ☺
I had a deep tissue massage with Liia today. The pressure was very firm, and she definitely worked hard throughout the session. Communication was somewhat limited due to minimal English, but she stayed focused and attentive during the massage.
My first impression of the customer service was lacking, as no one asked for my name or seemed to know who I was when I arrived. Also, there was an aroma in the space that wasn’t the typical relaxing spa scent I expected.
That said, the massage itself was effective, and my body definitely feels better afterward.
