Phil was extremely courteous, thorough and communicative through our entire home inspection process. Phil did his job so well that we fortunately did not proceed with our transaction due to his findings which no doubt saved us tens of thousands of dollars. He did not cut any corners and went into every nook and cranny of the home spending over 4 hours with us. I would not hesitate to recommend Phil for anyone looking for a trustworthy and friendly home inspector, we will certainly be using him again once we find our next home.
Sue is a very kind and caring person! She really loves animals and her dedication to them is unmatched! If you want someone to show as much love to your pet as you do bring them to her. My little cat had never been to a groomer before and he was very happy after.

My fall/winter service completed today outside checking for and treating anything that may constitute an issue.
