I have a very stressful job and I was going to fall apart if I couldn’t find a place to just rest my bones. I called and was able to get an appointment within the hour. I loved the view of the lake with the fall leaves, the parking wasn’t stressful, lots of colors to choose from for gel. I just needed this and it was worth the experience. The owner Kim was really kind and thoughtful, and I honestly enjoyed the flow of the conversation. Nothing felt pressured or anything. I have short stubby nails but now I feel better and complete. I have been coming to Kim and Sam for years. They are top notch people. So kind. They work by appointment only. Call the salon to make an appointment. They don't take walk ins- as that disrupts the time and care they show to the customer in the chair in front of them. As for the yelling comments- Kim has on music and the air/heat is on- which both make noise where she sits- so she may have spoken loudly because of this-so you can hear here. I appreciate that they work by appointment only- because Kim or Sam always take me on time. Never wait one minute. This was by far the best service I’ve ever gotten when getting my nails done! Kim, the owner, did a beautiful job! I was greeted with a very warm welcome and seated immediately. The whole experience was just great ? I highly recommend this nail salon.
