It took my husband and I a while to get to this review but we had to give our home inspector, Phillip, his flowers! He was SO thorough and knowledgeable about everything he saw. Not only was he checking everything possible but he did so in a way that made the time pass by quickly, very efficiently, and kept us in the loop the entirety of the time. Not to mention, it was well over 90 degrees when he did so. It was a great experience and money well spent. We got a full report with his findings and everything was detailed, extremely organized by section, and easy to follow.
