Our well water pump gave up on a Friday after 5 pm. Yikes! I left messages for a couple of people but didn't come across DPS until Saturday morning. I got a call back within minutes.Walter responded courteously and informed me that he had to respond to another emergency in a nearby town but would make it to our home before noon.He was at home before noon as promised. I was kind enough to explain how the well-water system works since I recently moved to this home, and well water is new for me. Our well pump died in the middle of our engagement party with 30 people at our house on a Saturday evening.I called a handful of places that had 24/7 emergency services and nobody picked up the phone except DPS.DPS was fast to respond and had someone out to look at it within the hour. Unfortunately it was dead and could not be serviced until the next morning. But they showed up the next morning promptly on time and swapped out our pump with a new one pretty quickly. They also came back the next day because we needed to have our tank replaced as well.Pricing was completely reasonable.Very nice people and easy to work with. Thank you for helping us!!
