Just had our walk in shower redone and Marcio our installer did a phenomenal job. He is clean and accurate with the installation. He updated me as he went along the installation and spoke Spanish which was very helpful. We were satisfied with all of his work.
This was a follow up visit to the original install and Bath Fitter is outstanding in all their services and installations - the service person’s name is Harold, he is indeed an asset to their organization, a true professional, courteous and knows his craft well. We would use Bath Fitter for each and every bathroom remodel we do.
We did two refits at our previous home in Linden and a one full bath revamp on our Watchung home.
Ken and Gus did my shower and tub makeover. They were responsible, skilled, courteous, punctual, and just all-around nice humans. The end product looks great, and they cleaned everything up before they left. This is my first Bath Fitter experience, and it was a positive one.
