The original reason I picked this company was because I wanted to select a professional/reputable company so that I would not have to go through any hassles...they came in and sold this product like it (the wet-area) could actually come in and install itself....after 5 years of having this product in place, I am getting mildew UNDER the corking, I tried to call (1 Day Bath) to get someone to help me with situation, and every number I have, has been disconnected, no one informed me that they were going out of business or what was needed to be done if I should run into any problems...I had a feeling that these men were \

Had 2 showers installed. Both had issues. One shower they have come back 7 times and it still isnt fixed. I have been calling them for weeks and they have not had the courtesy to return my calls. I will post an update if they call me backService: Shower refinishing

This was a great customer experience from start to finish. The owner of the company, Anthony Tepedino, came to my parents' house to survey their bathroom and answer all of our questions. He is personable, knowledgeable and honest. The product, an elder accessible shower, was installed in one day by two very hard working men. They arrived at the house at 7:30 and and left at 6pm. They took only 15 minutes for lunch. They did the demolition work very neatly. The plumbing and shower install was perfect. These guys are meticulous and had great attention to detail.
