Quick fix and great staff. I went in to get my screen repaired and expected to be without a phone for a day. Rather than give me the whole fake diagnostics and upcharge I left with a working phone in less than 30 minutes. I would recommend coming here to fix any device.
I stopped by the store today to grab a phone case and had an amazing experience. After getting a case i asked Sean if he could take a look at my phone and see why it wasn’t charging. He dropped what he was working on and in about 5min fixed my phone free of charge. I can’t recommend this place enough! Will definitely be back if I have any more issues with my phone. Sean was sooo helpful. A prong of my Xiaomi watch strap broke off inside the watch (where the strap connects to the watch) and I couldn't get it out despite trying various methods myself. I brought it to The Fix, and Sean helped fish it out in no time at all, returning my watch to a usable state again. He was really friendly and knowledgeable, and he also gave me info on a potential battery replacement for my Pixel 6a. Thank you Sean for the stellar service!!! 🙏 I'll definitely return to The Fix for any repairs I might need in the future.
