“Water leak today when temperature is 10 degrees. Had to turn off water at the main. Called 2 companies, the first gave us a 4 hour window and at the fourth hour canceled via text. Second company gave hour and a glass half window but canceled because he thought we said WoodRidge when we clearly gave our full address in Woodbridge.
Luckily we called King Arthur. He arrived in under 30 minutes. So was very friendly and found the problem very quickly. He made the repairs and offered things we could do to prevent future problems. Pricing for winter late night emergency call was affordable. I have added King Arthur to my contacts for any other plumbing needs and referrals.“

I came across this company on Google and figured I'd give them a call. A man named Omar was dispatched to the property I needed assistance with and his response was extremely prompt, he told me he'd be there in an hour and a half and was there in an hour. He displayed technical know-how to a degree I've seen few (if any) plumbers have when it comes to plumbing systems. He explained things in such a clear and concise manner that even a newbie like myself could completely grasp the concept of what he was talking about.
