So happy to have found this studio filled with love, support, and community (and the most beautiful plants!) I first took Nancy’s slow flow classes and was energized and reminded to move through poses without judgement, and felt held and supported, even in the midst of the fullest of classes. They fill up for a reason! Morgan’s classes are always fresh but familiar, and her breath to movement synchrony is UNMATCHED. I Just started practicing yoga and this is the most warm welcoming studio I have ever been apart of. The owner is so kind and sweet and all the instructors are beyond positive and encouraging! I have brought a bunch of friends who are beginners and they all said the same thing! I am hopeful they add more ashtanga classes because I’m having the best time!!! Highly recommend haven healing!! ???

Haven has a warm and welcoming environment and truly wonderful instructors. I have practiced yoga on and off for years at various studios and I can honestly say that I have learned more in a few weeks at Haven than months at other places. Owner/Instructor Morgan gives clear instructions in a very calm and supportive tone. She offers form adjustments (game changing really!) which have helped me get much deeper into my poses. I leave each practice feeling amazing and knowing that I am getting better. I recommend Haven for anyone in the area looking to start or grow their yoga practice.
