I love yoga essence and have been coming here for years and years. the instructors and students are all pretty awesome. It’s a great community and it’s a beautiful, relaxing studio … I always feel like I’m at home here and start relaxing as soon as I walk through the day. It’s definitely one of my “happy places” :)

Love these classes. Dianne’s Thursday morning class gets me off to a great start for the day. The hot yoga with Stephanie is fantastic and the warm slow flow is a winner too. They have a wide variety of classes & now there’s a meditation class too.

I've done yoga a handful of times and accompanied an experienced yoga friend to a 1.5 hour session. It was challenging but the instructor helped me without making me feel singled out, and gave me poses to do when I couldn't hold a challenging pose as long as others. I felt great afterward and my shoulders particularly got a workout! Recommend!
