Spoke with Derek who was very nice, helpful and informative after I explained my issue I was having and he advised that he will be able to come to my home within hrs. Derek and his assistant arrived exactly on the time they provided which was a plus from the get go. They were both very professional but still friendly and explained in detail while they worked what they were doing and what needed to be fixed or replaced.
