tenant's breaker kept tripping middle of heatwave, had to upgrade panel quick. crew came right after lunch like HOA said, got it done same day. paid outta pocket but at least no more outages in new-build.

I had an electrician check it out, and it turns out it’s likely due to voltage drop or an overloaded circuit. Basically, the system can’t handle the sudden power demand from bigger appliances, so the lights temporarily lose brightness.

This electrical contractor - "Watts Electric" - was recommended to me by a neighbor friend. This company did not disappoint, when it came time to replace my house's original electrical panel and circuit breakers. Got a chance to meet both Jimmy and John - brothers who are co-owners of their company. Jimmy did the required paperwork for the permit relating to the job at my house. And John was timely and professional when he came to do the actual job at my house. He was also very courteous, patient and knowledgeable with the many questions that I had asked of him.
