“Kevin and Jonathan did my Spring maintenance for my A/C system today. They checked everything carefully and did a great job. Both of them are honest, conscientious and very friendly guys who were willing to answer my questions. I have been using Biles for many years. Kevin and the owner Stephanie have always been quick to respond and help me out when I needed it. During the Covid pandemic, one of the parts on my heating unit broke and I had no heat. Stephanie scrambled to get this part even when parts were difficult to get and hallelujah, I had heat again! Everyone provides great service there!“

“I just wanted to leave this review and specifically mention the electrician Michael. He installed and serviced some light panels and performed some other work for a company I work with. Extremely professional, knowledgeable and skilled individual and friendly. Very prompt in the work performed and went above and beyond by cleaning a small mess left behind by some of the work he did.

I could tell that the management he works with are very friendly and good people as well just by the nature of a phone call he had to take as well. Great company and team.
