Franklin Electric was quick to respond to my "after hours" emergency. The owner was more than fair on his pricing for the repair and even went the extra mile to look up answers for me to which he had no stake in. Decided it was necessary to have a generator installed for our home. We interviewed several plumbers/electricians and chose Franklin Electric. Unfortunately, because of the pandemic some time had passed before we had a delivery date. Franklin Electric was extremely understanding, patient, and courteous with my many inquiries regarding the delivery date. Every email was answered and answered timely. The electrician/tech guys who came to install were just as patient with my questions. They were courteous and understood that this was all new to us and wanted to understand the procedure.
