We installed a projector screen and surround sound – instant home theater, baby!The basement renovation revolved around creating the perfect zone for my T-shirt printing business. Artie ensured proper ventilation was installed to handle any fumes from the printing process. We opted for epoxy floor coating because it's super durable and easy to clean – perfect for any spills or messy projects that come with the territory. “My go to for anything related to home maintenance and repairs. When it comes to home improvements in NJ I have to recommend Jon and the guys at Consider It Done in Woodbridge. I needed a painter to update my living room, dining room and hallway at my house. It was a tuff job as we had wallpaper and lots of imperfections. They explained the process and completed the job in a timely fashion.They also added 13 recessed lighting units, some dimmers and replaced a toilet.The price was fair and the work was above my expectations. Next we are hiring them for our refinish our floors and another small pluming job.Yes, we recommend the handymen at Consider It Done 100%.“

“I’m in the final phases of a major bathroom renovation with A&E Kitchen and Bath, and I’m so glad I went with John and his team. Everyone has been a pleasure to work with throughout the process. John’s team does great work, are very customer service oriented, and conscientious setting and cleaning up every day. They’ve done the job right and on schedule. Meanwhile, John has been very easy to collaborate with; I particularly valued his expertise (he clearly knows kitchens and baths), connections, responsiveness, and patience. His pricing was also very fair.In addition to the excellent work they did, I really appreciated how respectful and personable John is. As a woman will sole decision-making power on this project, I actually had a difficult time finding a contractor who was comfortable with that dynamic (one contractor I interviewed refused to furnish an estimate until he spoke with my husband, another kept telling me I "wouldn't understand" when I asked follow up questions about his recommendations). John, on the other hand, was courteous and eager to work with my specifications from the beginning. Whether there’s 1 stakeholder or 10, John makes it work and works hard to make his clients happy.Down the line, I have several other home renovation projects on my to-do list. In our current home, which we built 12 years ago, Rich Siminski remodeling is the main reason our house turned out as beautiful as it did. As he was responsible for 99% of all the woodworking and moldings and trim, and gave us many many ideas. My wife and I have actually become friends with him and to this day not only do we know each other, but as recently as one week ago, my front door which are double doors, shifted just a bit and that day when I called him, whatever he was doing he came over to our home repaired the problem immediately and did not even charge us. I only mention the fact that he did not even charge us, because in no way am I insinuating that he is the cheapest person you’ll ever find to do work for you. But in this world, you get what you pay for. And long after you remember how cheap something was you will remember the poor workmanship you got in return for it. Mr. Siminski does not just send workers to your home. He does most of the work himself on site.. If I sound a bit patronizing and complementary it is because not only do I think he is second to none at what he does, but he is the fairest, most honest, most honorable, and nicest man you’ll ever meet in your lifetime.
