“We had a leak in our bathroom and it turned out to be a hole in the vent on the roof. Jose was able to do a full roof inspection on our 100 year old slate roof and recommend some repairs. He took pictures beforehand so you can see what was wrong. We had a tanker gutter issue in the front (I had a different contractor fix the rear one a few years prior.) They were able to fix it all in a day. A few weeks later we noticed another leak (when it rains it pours!) in a different spot we had not told them about originally. They were able to come back, remove the tiles, fix the underlying problem and did it at no additional cost. I would definitely recommend them for any minor or major roofing issue.“

They immediately got to work with efficiency and focus. They knew what needed to be done and just got the job done. It took them 7 hours to complete the roof replacement, from total stripping of old roof to replacing the new tiles. The pricing was very good. “Flori came and helped me with my gas fireplace. I had a different company come and inspect my fireplace, they charged me $400 and wanted to do another inspection for $800 more. I was recommended Elite Chimney for a second opinion. Flori came to my house the next day, no charge, to inspect my fireplace. He helped me to rearrange the logs based on the manufacturer recommendation for like an hour. After inspecting everything, he indicated that there was no need to do the 2nd inspection and that my equipment was in good shape. As mentioned, he did this all no charge. Even with rip[ping off and replacing ALL my tongue and groove roof, off their prices were reasonable and less then a quote for a simple shingle replacement.Best was there was no high pressure sales person. Mike was knowledgable and easy to work with. The sales person another company sent kept taking off $$ in 1000.00 increments everytime I said no, I wouldn;t sign that night.Heidi in the office was always pleasant to deal.“

“It’s normal to feel anxious when a company or person new to you starts working to fix something on your property. I did which is why I am writing this review. I called a company called NextGen to fix two leaking skylights on my roof. A previous company has misinstallded them and they were leaking badly with each rainfall. The NextGen service representative , Ken Duci, came and was so open. So helpful, that I immediately trusted him. He and his workers took one day to remove the skylights which I had bought new but which had been damaged. Ken and NextGen did a fine and fastidious job and while I felt completely satisfied, they promised to come back immediately if I should have any problems. I doubt very much that I will have problems , although I regret than I won’t see them again until I need any other work done. “We recently had some serious leaks coming from our roof and a triangle parapet we had above bay windows. We called numerous roofers and Damian was the only one who knew how to handle the parapet. They fully replaced and restructured the parapet , took care of all the gabarge and did an incredible job. A few days later there was a huge rainstorm and no water came into our house for the first time in months“

Ed, the salesman was so personable and professional. He showed up when he said he would and did not try to sell us anything more than we wanted, in fact we added on the 2 sheds on our property to redo as well. He explained everything so well, was patient with my questions and was very helpful. The crew showed up the day we had scheduled and worked through the entire day until it was dark. I did not think they were going to get everything done in just one day but they surprised me and did. They worked really hard! They even did a great job with clean up and were all so courteous.
