“Done Rite roofing is an amazing roofing company. From my first call talking to Lindsay and arranging for an estimate, to having Jeff come out and inspect my roof and give me a quote to finally getting my roof installed, every aspect of dealing with them went seamlessly. I did get three estimates and theirs was the lowest cost and the most detailed estimate. Every aspect of the work was costed on a line-by-line basis. Lindsay was a great communicator the entire time, letting me know when Jeff would look at my roof, when the materials would be delivered and when Jeff and his crew would be onsite to complete the work. The quality of the work was as perfect as I could hope for. It was a 3 ½ day job and at the end of each day they thoroughly cleaned up everything. Other that a nice new roof, you would not have know they were here. They certainly exceeded my expectations. On the final day they mentioned that small wishing well on my front lawn had old warping shingles. They took the extra time and replaced those shingles as unexpected and extra small service at no cost. Jeff and his crew and Lindsay in the office were all a pleasure to deal will and I could not give them a higher recommendation.“

“I hired Pretty Clean Construction to do my roof, the boiler and hot water heater chimney, and my wood-burning fireplace. Overall, I’m very happy with their work and the way everything turned out. The roof looks great, and the level of detail they put into it shows they really take pride in their craftsmanship. The chimney work for the boiler and water heater was done extremely well — clean, neat, and up to code.

There were some minor corrections I requested during the process, but they were very responsive and professional in addressing them. I really appreciated that they listened to my concerns and made sure I was comfortable with the final results.

The only area I think could have been slightly better was the wood-burning fireplace chimney — it works fine, but I felt it could have been finished with a bit more precision. That said, what really impressed me was the way Kenneth handled everything. He followed up several times after the job was done, made sure I was completely satisfied, and even came back personally to review some of my concerns.

Kenneth is very polite, honest, and clearly cares about his customers. It’s rare these days to find contractors who not only do good work but also genuinely stand behind it. You can tell they work hard and want you to be happy with the end result.

I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, honest, and hardworking people who take pride in what they do

What really stood out to me was Kenneth’s follow-up and professionalism. He checked in several times to make sure everything was good and even came back personally to go over some of my concerns. He’s polite, honest, and truly cares about his customers. You can tell this company works hard to make sure you’re satisfied. I’d definitely recommend them.

Another point I want to make I have been pricing out roofs for almost 2 years. Nearly every person was a ripoff up to 55,000 for a roof Pretty Clean was honest and direct.“
