He fixed a small issue for us without even charging for it or having our agreement for his quote (very fair and competitive) in writing. “I've worked with a lot of contractors over the last 25 years on a range of houses and multi-unit properties. My experience with American Home Concepts was one of the very best.

To start, Casey showed up on time and wrote out a meticulously detailed estimate right on the spot. No waiting days or weeks for an estimate. He asked a long serious of questions that helped us identify exactly what we wanted. He made astute suggestions and provided some fresh ideas, but was never upselling. In fact, he probably saved us money with his ideas.

Amazingly, we were able to choose exactly when we wanted the project to start. The crew showed up the day they promised and worked hard every day until it was done. No 'putting a ladder on the job.' There were the usual complications and adjustments, but they got it all done essentially on schedule and, also amazingly, charged exactly what they had estimated.

The crew was quiet, polite, respectful in every way, and did fantastic work. They carefully protected all the work areas and left them clean and without a singe mark or smudge. “My roof has had issues with ponding water due to an incorrect pitch, and after it recently developed a leak I wanted to correct the underlying issue. I spoke to a number of roofers who only wanted to put another layer on top of the existing roof, but Top Tier wanted to actually fix the problem.  They proposed removing the existing roof where it was leaking, installing tapered insulation, adding a second drain to affected area, and then installing new granulated torch down over the entire roof.  Additionally, I decided to have the siding on that wall replaced to eliminate all potential sources of water getting into the house.

From the start Sean was on top of the entire process.  He showed up on time, sent the estimate the next day, answered all of my questions, and had the job scheduled within a few weeks.  The roofing crew was awesome – they got the job done quickly, cleaned everything up, and were respectful of the neighbors.  When the siding crew came the following week they discovered significant damage to the framing and sheathing. I was concerned because of how bad some of the damage was but they came up with a plan and went straight to work getting everything repaired. The mark of a great contractor is how they deal with the unexpected once a job starts, and Top Tier went above and beyond.  The new roof and siding look amazing and the quality of work is top notch. Pricing for the job was incredibly fair, especially with the additional framing and repairs. I can’t recommend Top Tier enough, if you need a new roof make sure to give them a call.“
