“I had a great experience getting a color correction here. At another salon, my hair was dyed way too dark with a toner, and a friend of mine recommended to get it fixed at Subculture. The staff was great with me on the phone about making an appointment, requesting photos of what my hair looked like, and doing a consultation to make sure we they knew what I needed for the appointment. My stylist Mark was very clear about what to expect, and explained the process well. He also got me a cup of coffee while I waited under the dryer, which was very kind. Most importantly, he got all of the dark brown out of my hair and restored me back to a blonde! I was really surprised at how successful he was, I thought that the brunette gloss would be much harder to get out. Overall a 10/10! And very reasonably priced too. Thank you to the team at Subculture!”
