“I am writing this to share my experience at this location in the Audobon Great Clips over the past two days.
On June 1st, I brought my son in and had a very disappointing experience. I asked for the same haircut I had gotten myself for him and didn't get it. She did ok on the buzz cut but the actual haircut and style of the long parts looked uneven, choppy and looked like a bowl cut and was extremely unflattering , unfortunately we only noticed when it was at home. I felt it was highly unprofessional that a stylist, Brooke, was spending the entire time complaining about her coworkers with another worker and venting about the people she works with. It created a very uncomfortable atmosphere, and it felt like there was much more focus on office drama than on providing a quality service. That kind of talk should be kept for after hours; it should not be happening in front of customers and part of the reason for only 4 stars.
However, I returned on June 2nd and had the pleasure of working with Reyna, who completely turned things around. She didn't hesitate to fix the haircut that was wrecked the day before. She was professional, listened carefully to what we wanted, and gave my son an excellent haircut. She was incredibly friendly with him and made sure to pay attention to both of us throughout the service.
Reyna is the only reason I will be returning to this salon. If you want someone who actually cares about their clients and does a great job, she is the one to see.“

She does such a great job. It's mainly appointments only so make sure you call ahead of time.
