On gawwddd the absolute best customer service everrrr. I came last week and asked a bunch of questions and the staff was so helpful and didn’t make me feel a way because I didn’t buy anything.. I came again today and Tymirrah was so patient and even explained the difference between hair not to mention she added a few tips to make sure my wigs were poppin!!! I will definitely be back and I suggest you all come because the customer service here is top tier!!!!

The BUW is 100% human hair factory store. Our factory has been engaged in wig production since from 1979. Through the investigation of US wig market, we decided to open the First BUW Human Hair Factory Store in Houston 2018. BUW insist on M2C model ( from Manufacture to Customer) and give customer the opportunity to purchase high quality hair from factory directly. There is not Middleman and extra charges between Customers and Factory. Meanwhile, in order to reduce our cost, BUW store location is not in the town center, but a relatively quiet community to reduce store rents and give the benefits to our clients.
