“Red 1st I need to make sure that the proper location is getting my review. I go to the Fair Lawn location. So credit Fair Lawn.
First, my driver, Haviayre (lol, I have no idea how to spell your name ?) is such a gentleman. He is courteous, listening to me and participating in conversation. That’s important to me. He makes my day better.
Second, I sign in and am greeted by name. They care! Thank you to the receptionist.
Third the therapists are compassionate, observant, meeting all my needs.You, can’t get better, if you don’t feel good.
Well, you didn’t ask for a book, but ithere it is. Thank you!

“Dr Thimmel is the best! I may be biased (he is my dad’s cousin so basically my uncle) but he is the kindest, most helpful, and well informed doctor I have ever known. I’ve been seeing him since he ran the practice out of his own office behind his home in Fair Lawn.
When I injured myself when I was 8? Maybe 10. I was playing soccer and my mom was seeing Dr Thimmel and she asked him to check me over well, I lied because my injury was right by my butt and I was embarrassed. He saw through it and he asked me where it really was, long story short… I had a stress fracture of the spine ! That’s wild!

Fast forward through life; any injury I sustained and any weird pains he is the first I go to.

My daughter now sees Dr Thimmel as well after our car accident.
The EMTs wrote her off and sent her home with my mom. Then uncle Billy checked her and she did in fact have whiplash.

He has guided me through how to handle the injury and deal with the car insurance and what doctors I would need to see as well as continuing seeing him.

He has been a godsend to not only me and my child but to my mom, brothers, grandparents, father, cousin. & more. I couldn’t recommend him enough.“

“From the moment you walk in, Manuela at the front desk is sweet, organized, and genuinely welcoming. The team, including Eli, Josue, Edith, and Fallon, work incredibly well together and the vibe there is warm, fun, and inviting, which makes a big difference with me and my mother.

I have seen them treat everyone with kindness and respect. Though the practice can get very busy, it never feels overwhelming because the staff is so attentive and thoughtful, it honestly doesn’t bother me in the slightest.

The new chiropractor Joseph has also been wonderful. He is patient, professional, and very considerate. He takes the time to explain everything clearly, answers all of my mother’s questions, and is always attentive to any signs of discomfort, which gives me a lot of confidence with her care.

Another thing I really appreciate is how accommodating they are with scheduling??they truly try to work with you.

There’s actually another location closer to us, but we continue coming to this one because of how amazing and wholesome the staff is.

“Recently, I fractured my left wrist while playing basketball, which unfortunately has ruined almost my entire season. Although my fracture has not been too bad, it has required a great deal of physical therapy to regain use of my wrist, reduce swelling, tension, etc., and get it back to 100%+. However, I have found that selecting a physical therapist has not been as easy as I thought it would be. I originally went to another orthopedic clinic, where everyone was very nice, but not nearly as thorough as they needed to be. On top of that, they also did not take my insurance card.

However, after researching for a little, I found this wonderful place, and I must say that I am extremely happy with my selection. Dr. Rob is incredible.
