“As a beginner in yoga, I was apprehensive about starting something out of my comfort zone. I'm 58, portly, and non athletic. This place is so warm (no pun intended) and inviting. A no judgment zone where anyone can do as much or as little as you can. The fellow yogis are delightful and come from all walks of life. If in doubt, try it. After about 6 classes, I feel like I really want this in my life. Results are noticeable quickly. Yin yoga on Wednesday night is a fantastic starting point for any beginner.“

“They have a 5:30AM class, which works great for my schedule. The teachers have been very nice each time I visited; sometimes I do slightly different variations for the poses and they were encouraging, when I was exploring my practice/ gave me helpful pointers. Overall, it’s a nice airy studio with cubbies/hangers for your personal items. Thanks for offering an early morning class and guiding my practice!“

“I just love this gym. I don’t understand why all the bad good reviews i understand everything on the agreement and I made sure my email was correct so I could read the agreement when I made it home. I understand that when it’s time to cancel I have to pay for 2 more months even if i don’t intend to use the facility. It’s actually pretty simple to understand. I’m looking forward to working out at the gym it’s very clean and quiet !“
